The purpose of the First Church Hawaii Ladies Ministry (FCHLM) is to equip, enable, and empower ladies to operate in their God-given-giftings.

The vision is to see exponential growth in the Church, as we prepare for the inevitable return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Mission is to establish great relationships via team-building. Consequently, we work together in one mind and one accord to totally align with God's plan.
